GETTING MY RIDERO PUBLISHER TO WORK

@Arjan Is there a way to specify offset at the start of download? My downloading interrupted as a consequence of some explanations and now wget has begun checking data files from the main web site. I'd utilised -c selection, but nevertheless. I gave offset=xxx within the URL to become mirrored but still it is actually downloading from initially web
